The materials of galvanized sheet mainly include the following categories:
Non alloy hot-dip galvanized steel strip: such as DC5XD series, suitable for general use, deep drawing, and biting. The greater the surface galvanizing amount, the better the anti-corrosion performance; The smaller the surface galvanizing amount, the better the processing performance.
Alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel strip: such as DCXXD+ZF series, suitable for structural use, stamping use, and cold forming use. This type of galvanized sheet material has good welding and coating properties, but it is prone to peeling during processing.
Hot dip galvanized steel plate: A thin layer of zinc is attached to the surface, and the production process is continuous galvanizing.
Electroplated galvanized steel plate: The steel plate is galvanized by electrification, resulting in a thin coating and poor corrosion resistance.
Single sided galvanized steel plate: Only one side of the steel plate is coated with zinc, suitable for processing, painting, and welding.
Double sided differential galvanized steel plate: A thin layer of zinc is coated on the other side of the steel plate to overcome the disadvantages of single-sided galvanizing.
Composite galvanized steel plate: In addition to pure steel, the internal material also includes steel plates made of lead, aluminum and other metal composites. This type of steel plate has superior rust prevention performance and good coating performance.
In addition, the production process of galvanized sheet mainly includes two methods: hot-dip galvanizing and electroplating galvanizing. Hot dip galvanizing is the process of immersing a steel plate in a molten zinc bath to adhere a layer of zinc to its surface; Electrogalvanizing is the process of galvanizing steel plates by applying electricity.
