Monel 400 alloy (UNS N04400 or MCu-28-1.5-1.8 or Ni68Cu28Fe) is a nickel based alloy material with excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, chemical solvents, ammonia sulfur chlorine, hydrogen chloride, various acidic media such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, organic acids, alkaline media, salts, and molten salts. has the ability to resist the formation of grain boundary precipitation in the heat-affected zone during welding, enabling it to be suitable for a wide range of chemical process applications even in the welded state. Crystal structure: Face-centered cubic lattice structure. Application fields: Hastelloy C22 alloy has been widely used in the chemical and petrochemical fields, such as in components and catalytic systems that come into contact with organic compounds containing chlorides. This material is particularly suitable for use in high-temperature environments, inorganic and organic acids (such as formic acid and acetic acid) mixed with impurities, and seawater corrosion environments.
