6063 aluminum alloy is a deformed aluminum alloy with magnesium and silicon as the main alloying elements, with magnesium content of 0.45% -0.9% and silicon content of 0.2% -0.6%
The Al Mg Si series aluminum alloy is the most important extrusion alloy, and as of 2022, more than 70% of aluminum extrusion processed materials worldwide are produced using this series alloy. After decades of practical application and screening, 6063, along with three other alloys, occupies the dominant position (over 80%) of the 6 XXX series alloys, covering all alloys with tensile strength ranging from 180MPa to 360MPa.  
6063 aluminum alloy is a typical representative of the Al Mg Si series alloys, with particularly excellent squeezability and weldability, and is the preferred material for building door and window profiles. Its characteristic is high plasticity and corrosion resistance under pressure processing temperature speed conditions; No stress corrosion tendency; During welding, its corrosion resistance does not actually decrease.
