Stainless steel pipes for heat exchangers are industrial pipes mainly made of austenitic stainless steel such as 304, 304L, 316L, etc. They comply with international standards such as ASTM A554 and A312, and improve the flatness and corrosion resistance of welds through processes such as internal leveling and bright annealing. This product is widely used in the fields of heat exchangers, boilers, petrochemical equipment, etc., with specifications covering a diameter of φ 4MM-508mm and a thickness range of 0.3MM-10MM
The continuous use temperature range of corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipes is -50~250 ºC, with the lower limit depending on the brittle transition temperature of the steel and the upper limit limited by the brittleness of 475 ºC. The upper limit temperature cannot exceed 300 ºC.
